($187,000.00 vs. $184,944.00 in November 2008.)<u1:p></u1:p> So pricing seems to be stabilizing.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; color: #333333">Mortgage rates are at historic lows, as low as 4.95% for very well qualified buyers. <u1:p></u1:p></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; color: #333333">The tax credit of up to $8,000 for first-time buyers has been extended and expanded to include a credit of up to $6,500 for existing homeowners.
